Heather Baker
As a Certified Personal Trainer (EREPS EQF Level 4) and Level 1 Essentrics Instructor, my primary focus is working with women aged 40+, helping them stay strong, active and confident through every stage of life.
My own experiences with burnout, anxiety, mental wellbeing and menopause have deepened my understanding of the challenges women can face during midlife. I believe health is about more than exercise—it’s about caring for both body and mind in a sustainable way.
I work with women to build practical strength and confidence for everyday life and the activities they love, creating supportive, realistic training programmes that help them feel stronger, healthier and more capable at every stage of life. Silvija Zagar
Silvija Zagar is a somatic therapist and trauma specialist, working with women through the nervous system shifts of midlife. Her approach is rooted in several body-centered approaches, and shaped by her own lived experience of both burnout and perimenopause.
As a highly sensitive person she works intuitively, bridging the gap between understanding something intellectually and feeling it. Her approach is down to earth and surprisingly playful, making room for lightness even in the deepest work. Find out more about Silvija at https://silvijazagar.com/.
I love food!
