I am Diana Reid, MPH, RD aka The Global Dietitian. I offer personalized nutrition coaching services for individuals, couples and families. I provide in-person and/or online support for gastrointestinal issues, weight management, cooking and shopping with an eye toward better nutrition, dealing with picky eaters or limited palates, and getting your family on a healthier nutritional path. I am also a Monash University Low FODMAP Certified Dietitian.
In addition, I work with athletes, both adults and adolescents. I offer education and support for eating healthier while training, and can provide nutritional guidance for those competing in endurance sports, high intensity and/or strength training activities.
